This place from what I can tell does not exist. I've got a notice from my credit report saying that I owe money to this fake place and now I have a debt collections on my report so I called the "debt collectors and they won't give me any information about Paragon and that I have to wait a few months for a report on what I was there for. Remind you I have never been nor heard of this so called "medical group". I looked them up on Google and Yelp and seems to be that other people are experiencing the same thing. this is inside GOOD SAMARITAN HOSPITAL? I HAVE A HARD TIME BELEIVING THEY ARE REAL. GPOD SAM IS GREAT BUT i had a hospital stay these people billed me for diacharge servixes with no reference bto DOCTOR and my insurance pays 100 percent THEY denied there claim for incorrect billing and now its gone to precollection whatever that is. do not accept this intolerence i am reportijg their practove immediatly to the authorities
