Jose Flores did an excellent job. He arrived on time, was very professional, and explained everything he was doing in detail. I really appreciated how he answered all my questions. Paragon is great, at least for my own experience. I am with them for almost a year for general pest control and mosquito control, no problem and issues at all. Great and respectful communications. Experienced technicians. There can be some up and down services depending on which technicians coming over (some of them can be very impatient and carelessness). But you can always tell them which technician you want to come over and 80% of the time they fulfilled my requests. Overall, great pest control company I have used so far.
