Worst care ever. They will minimize your pain. They will lie about what was said and done in you appt. They refused to send me to my choice of rehab when I didn't want to use thier rehab ppl. Then 8 days after the appt when I called to find out why the mri wasn't ordered , a young disrespectful child started an argument with me then accused me of yelling at her. I had a very good experience thus far with everyone at the Paregon Orthopedic Center. Really friendly receptionist, an awesome manager who assisted with the doctors note and an awesome records department who were expedient with a copy of my records to the front desk when requested. Not to mention Jessica was a amazing P/A explaining all options and being direct about the pro's and con's of surgery. I can say that I have ever had better medical care. Thanks team.

Why do they make you wait 2-3 hours just to tell you, your insurance isn't gonna cover the surgery? Also the Dr I saw was so rough with it. Pressing on the cyst really hard after already telling them it's a 10/10 pain level. Now it hurts even worse than before, like thank you so much.. not
