Had a new 2024 Yamaha Waverunner EX jet ski serviced here at Paragon for its first service. Dropped it off and it was ready the same day. Main thing was the guys were helpful and friendly. It makes all the difference. Got a bit of advice for use and service of the watercraft at the counter too. Was stoked they had a replacement jockey wheel lynch pin for me as well. Overall happy customer. Thanks guys.

Really helpful team. We needed something that was difficult to source due to size. They sorted it for us and was available within a couple of working days. Friendly and professional with excellent knowledge about their trade.
Chainsaw repairs. Fixed perfectly, quickly and reasonable cost. Streaks ahead of the other chainsaw service centres in Whanganui.
Well here I am with a Husqvarna rideon needing a deck belt, have rung twice now and still waiting for a response after being told , "yeah will ring you back". We'll I did receive a call back after a couple of hours but with the weather about to turn I was wanting to get lawns sorted ASAP. Fortunately another outlet were able to provide me with the part and job done now.
