today was our second visit with Paragon. they came out this fall to help us with the installation of a nest when our existing HVAC system was incompatible.today they came out for an annual maintenance checkup on two HVAC systems in our multi-unit building. Robert was professional friendly informative and above all not trying to sell us anything. he gave us some great advice on other systems maintenance and we will be having them out again!
Kevin, Cory and Doug treated us like family. They were amazing and very accommodating when our AC broke on a very hot Sunday with a newborn baby at home. We had a new unit and a working system by 10am Monday morning.
Doug, our technician, was professional, knowlegeable and thorough. I would highly recommend this company.
Our AC went out Monday Memorial Day. I called Paragon first thing Tuesday morning and Chris S was out to fix it that afternoon. These guys are very professional and explain all work they are doing. AWESOME!
Our house is 160 years old and our boiler is almost 40 years old. We've suffered through some cold winters where we couldn't get the house up above 60 degrees when the temps dropped below zero. Doug got the boiler clean and now the house is warm and toasty even as the weather is colder than it's been in years.

Just had Paragon come to our house to remove a radiator. The guys at Paragon we so knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. I can't say the same for some of the other vendors out there!! We were pretty frustrated with the experience we had with some different companies. It was so refreshing to work with Kevin and his crew! Very thorough, professional, timely and a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend!!
