Wish I would have known! Over 6 years I’ve paid approximately $20K to Paragon. Early on there were problems with window leaks. They sent a guy to fix the windows. He didn’t. He was supposed to return … twice. He didn’t show up. They acknowledge 0 responsibility in making it right. There have been roof issues as well…not entirely fixed. For the $20K, I have gotten a fair amount of pine straw, however. In the meantime, our HOA has soared from just over $200 to nearly $360.
