when I walked in today I wasn't sure I would be leaving with a membership. I was greeted by Maury and immediately felt welcomed. He was very helpful in breaking down exactly what I would be getting. This being my first time to have any type of martial arts training all I can say is I think I found a great gym to be a part of.
I have been with these guys for 6 months now. Kickboxing is hard work but the end results are amazing. We have 3 coaches that really take the time to get you right in self-defense and in physical fitness. I had 4 friends of mine try out the class. Its tiring but very beneficial at the end . Its also a free trial if u schedule an appointment. Check us out!!!!
