They fail to verify your insurance before your visit. If you have a copay assistance card, they ask for the info and never use it. I ended up paying out of pocket over $150 each visit (monthly) because they never filed with the copay assistance program. (In my previous office they always filed with them before billing me, which I was told by the program was how things should work. I was in this office for two iron infusions. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent care!!
Great service for my husband's treatment. Friendly professional staff. Clean and sanitary.
My dad had a PICC line and they provided the meds and skilled nurses to assist us and they were all fantastic. I think the girl's name in the office who usually answers the phone is Christina and she is the BEST! She's the backbone of that operation!
