If you prefer a smooth process for IVIG Infusions, PLEASE READ before scheduling. The Nurses/On-site staff were amazing, attentive, and compassionate. Unfortunately, this was severely overshadowed by the administration: particularly the billing department’s lack of transparency, no cost estimates, and inability to work with insurance, requiring an additional 5-10 hours of the patients’ time (per week!) to rectify the issue. The ladies at this infusion center are the bomb! Great place, cozy atmosphere, and they genuinely care about you as a person. Choose this place for your infusion needs! Free snacks and recliners too!

This was my first time ever having to get an infusion so I wasn’t sure what to expect however the people there made it so easy. From the women at the front desk to the nurse even the dr. They were all so nice and helpful. They explained everything to me and calmed my nerves. When I went back for the 2nd infusions I had a little hiccup that came up but they were right there helping to solve the problem. If you need an infusion I highly recommend going to them! I can’t say enough how wonderful the staff is!!
