We do excellent work
Excellent company
Booked a stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton in Lynchburg, Va. SAD! Called several times regarding room being ready, 3 different stories. One person at checkin desk, other check in pc broke. Kathy at front desk never asked or acknowledged that we sre Hilton Honors Diamond Member. This will be our last stay at this hotel and we stay at Hilton Hotels from Virginia to Dallas Texas every 3 months. Thanks for a ruined afternoon.
