Paragon Homes built my custom dream home in Bellaire in 2017. Paragon worked well with the architect, engineers, subcontractors and city officials to build a beautiful and quality home that received no damage during Hurricane Harvey and has had no issues to speak of. The quality of the completed house, service received during the build and adherence to the budget are the reasons for my favorable rating.
