Pleas be aware to choose Scott yat to be your builder.he and his partner Cala is so rude they both is lack of communication.every time I need something or talk about the house I call I text them they never respond back.or they respond back 3 or 4 day later.they built your house so slow they say 10 months now it 1 years now my house is still not done yet.i can understand if the have a hard time finding people to work but as long as they tell you what going,or respond you when you call or text them but they not they so rude.wh... read more
Beware before hiring Scott as your builder. I interacted with Scott for the better part of 2 years so I got to know his work behavior very well. Be prepared for a lack of communication and a lack of organization. I would repeatedly attempt to contact Scott via text message. For time sensitive communication After a few days of no response I would reach out via phonecall and leave a message. Maybe I received a phonecall response a week or so later.
