John Overbey did a thorough inspection, had my report written and available exactly when he said it would be ready, and was very kind to answer a follow- up question I had very promptly. I have no problem writing an lousy review when its deserved, and likewise as in this case, I have no problem reviewing a service provided to me as flawless. I also found the price to be about $75 less than other places I considered who I felt likely to share a similar caliber of excellence.
John performed an inspection on my new home and did a great job. He responded quickly to my emails, is reliable, he was on time for my appointment but most importantly. He is knowledgeable and thorough, answered all my questions, gave great advice on home maintenance and charges a reasonable price. I recommend him. Thank you John for all your help.
