Lonnie and His staff were polite and answered all questions we had. They spent time explaining products and showing us the differences. They worked around our schedule and spent the time necessary to make us feel comfortable with a decision. I cant express the gratitude I have towards paragon. helping my Father hear again to the best of his ability. You should go talk with them.
Staff was friendly and helpful. All contact with audiologist was virtual. This actually worked very efficiently, even for the hearing test. Office is small but that was no problem. Entrance is on side of building with street parking in front plus a parking lot behind the building. I would recommend Paragon Hearing Aid Center.
Dusty was great. And even though I couldn't go thru them due to my insurance, they were wonderful and patient with me. I would recommend them to all. Thank you so very much. 🦻🤗
