Absolute garbage. Constant issues and delays. It’s sad when nurses who work with this company agree that they are always experiencing issues. No one wants to be dealing with health issues and these people do NOT make it any easier. I have to call them multiple times a week. I’ve never experienced such a poor health care company, it’s really a joke. Stay away if you can.
Certainly head & shoulders above any other personal service you might rate high enough to feel spoiled and pampered. From receptionist to pharmacist this team will be your quarterback in getting the orders from the doctors/nurses/coordinators, then getting both supplies and local homecare nurses to your door. Not sure an overnight carrier can be trusted? NOT a problem for this quarterback, they send a courier same night!
