I wanted to get my husband closer to where we live. They told my husband, that we would have to come to office, take the pick line out. For safety issues. Well, if it was for safety, why the hell did I have to drive him to your office. You should have come to us. Now setting in ER, in Greenville Tx, to get a pick line. My wife had been using this pharmacy for TPN for couple months and everytime she get the meds delivered it was missing something and i had to call them to request them, it was a pain trying to reach them to request anything couple months after she was done with this service we received a bill of $1,123 that doesn't make any sense to me because i have tricare prime active duty military and the referral was approved by my wife provider and i never had to pay any deductible with tricare prime active duty
These guys started off great, but were unable to gracefully cope with changes in my doctor's protocol and orders. Disorganized, rude and left me hanging with no medicine or care abruptly at the end. Do NOT recommend using them.
Delivery is late, people are rude, only number you get is the on call number and they won’t let you send a text
Emily was our nurse clinical liaison and was remarkably friendly and helpful. She explained everything we needed to do and was very thorough and nice.
