The care at the clinic was very good the staff was kind and professional and I felt well attended during my visit however the test results take a long time to be provided and usually you have to call to receive them it is also difficult to reach someone by phone since calls are often not answered

Art sets the standard for what a great practice should be. From the moment you walk in, you never feel like just another number. You feel genuinely prioritized, valued and taken care of. There is not one negative thing I can say about this lab. Everyone was great from the initial call for an appointment to the visit and very quick lab results.

I don't share the experience of the terrible reviews here. It was admittedly a pain to finally get connected with someone over the phone - a couple days of missed calls and no returned voicemails. But once I got an appointment scheduled, my lab work was extraordinary easy and the staff was very kind.

Not ever worth the one star rating. They’re attentive and caring until they get you in and take your money! After that they don’t even return a call. They answer it each turn me we used a different phone number. Once they had that number they don’t even answer. We’ve waited 3 weeks for lab results called in multiple times. I know they were disorganized by my first impression when walking into the office…I need to follow my gut instincts more. Can’t imagine what kind of excuse they would have to rectify this.
