Melanie Albert, FNP is so special to me. She is very caring, kind, dedicated to her profession and has seen me through some hard times with pain management. She referred me to an excellent surgeon. She genuinely listens, so patient and explains everything. Mel and Cody are both great! They always greet me with a smile. It’s rare to find such a wonderful team of healthcare professionals who are truly caring.
Quickly went downhill for me with an answering service that doesn't communicate back to the main office, coupled with very unresponsive office staff. Things started off well enough, but when you don't feel supported or heard, that's not ok.
Great staff and Dr. They helped me through the process and I would highly recommend them in your weight loss journey.
I would recommend going out to Dallas. I know it’s a drive but the male nurse here made my poor friend extremely uncomfortable. He asked her at one point if she wasn’t on any medication then, “why are you here” verbatim. All small town medical staff seem to be like this. They treated my friend like she had an addiction problem. They act like they listen, but do not fulfill concerns or at minimum try and provide some level of comfort. Your reply here, to my first review, is exactly what I mean by being unprofessional. Shouldn’t patients be able to leave reviews without the business going into detail as to, what happened? I have no problem doing paperwork before my appointment, had I known I had paperwork to complete. Which I did not. So yes, I’m frustrated because you won’t see me after I took off work.
