We had a master bath countertop made from a remnant at Paragon. The top and the installation were excellent, and the price was very good. Then we brought them a remnant from another source for our small bath, and they fabricated it so we could install it ourselves to stay within our budget. Both countertops now look beautiful. I had an excellent experience with Paragon. They were easy to work with, happy to walk me through the process, and priced below all other granite companies I looked at in the market (esp. Home Depot/Lowes). Feel like I ended up with exactly what I wanted! The installation was good - looked great and was fairly fast. I would (and have) recommend these guys to anyone looking for granite!

My Cambria Island had marks in the surface and the owner said it was natural.He goes by industry standards by MIA.Refused to look at the product and replace it. I demanded refund or replacement. Never met, so I have to live with a \$3000 defected product.Try to use a local company but you get treated like an uneducated person.Never again will I refer anybody to Paragon. Very Unsatisfied.PS Boulder CO
The owner Steve is an arrogant, petty, shady individual to say the least. He makes you feel comfortable then after he gets your money watch out. Then the real fun begins as the budget grows out of control as well as the time frame in which it is installed. Take your business elsewhere. Dont risk it.
This company took my money and never finished the job. Steve the owner keeps saying its done but it is not. When he came to the house he said oh thats the industry standard. Well if his industry standard is leaving the customer unsatisfied then I guess its done. Use anyone else for your own protection
