I had an appointment with them this week. I received a call saying that my insurance was no longer active. I told the girl that it’s because I have a name change and to rerun it with the correct name. She never did that and she never called me back. She never let me know in advance how expensive one shot would be. As I was checking out I was told I would have to pay $465 for a shot. Because my insurance was inactive. Awesome staff!
Every time I go to this place there is a problem. I was told to call them for an appointment but then they said they would call me. The call never came. I finally called back and this time they said I was suppose to call them. It is always that way. I am finding another place.
