I had to call them after no word from them after they received referral. I know turn around time from my insurance and this went by and many more weeks added. I was told everything was approved and discussed making an appointment. I was told there were no beds available and everything was booked through (unknown how far). She said she would put me with a nurses PA for October 31. I told her I already had an appointment at the date and time with another doctor. She then said she could do the day before on the 30th. I have infusions every month and always have a wonderful experience here! I started at NRH location years ago, then moved and this location was closer. Very clean and nurses are efficient.
New fort Worth location is wonderful. They are professional and efficient. I get infusions monthly and there has MEVRT been a problem going on 2 years now. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
I had a very bad experience with your Fort Worth, TX location. They were never able to process my referral, verify insurance, or get me scheduled. They failed to notify anyone when my referral came over incomplete. They failed to ever contact me, not even once in almost two months. They failed to notify me or my doctors office when they CANCELLED my referral. The infusion coordinator at my hospital was shocked after calling them and finding out.
