I had an appointment with them this week. I received a call saying that my insurance was no longer active. I told the girl that it’s because I have a name change and to rerun it with the correct name. She never did that and she never called me back. She never let me know in advance how expensive one shot would be. As I was checking out I was told I would have to pay $465 for a shot. Because my insurance was inactive. Every time I go to this place there is a problem. I was told to call them for an appointment but then they said they would call me. The call never came. I finally called back and this time they said I was suppose to call them. It is always that way. I am finding another place.

I had to call them after no word from them after they received referral. I know turn around time from my insurance and this went by and many more weeks added. I was told everything was approved and discussed making an appointment. I was told there were no beds available and everything was booked through (unknown how far). She said she would put me with a nurses PA for October 31. I told her I already had an appointment at the date and time with another doctor. She then said she could do the day before on the 30th.
