Every time I go to this place there is a problem. I was told to call them for an appointment but then they said they would call me. The call never came. I finally called back and this time they said I was suppose to call them. It is always that way. I am finding another place.
Professional and friendly staff
I had to call them after no word from them after they received referral. I know turn around time from my insurance and this went by and many more weeks added. I was told everything was approved and discussed making an appointment. I was told there were no beds available and everything was booked through (unknown how far). She said she would put me with a nurses PA for October 31. I told her I already had an appointment at the date and time with another doctor. She then said she could do the day before on the 30th. Absolutely love this place! Best Staff ever! ‼️
I have infusions every month and always have a wonderful experience here! I started at NRH location years ago, then moved and this location was closer. Very clean and nurses are efficient.
