This is the worst company I ever had to deal with in my life (I'm 46). I would not touch this company with a 10-foot pole, even if my life depended on it. Awfully uncaring and unprofessional people, and I dealt with quite a few of them. The company itself is an extortionist shark, so beware and read the rest of my story here. If I could give 0 stars I would. Their low staffing has had my daughter to run out of supplies 2 months in a row. Their customer service is an ABOMINATION! The rude lady that couldn't do her job even hung up on me! It's not like I can run down to Walgreens or any store and buy this stuff and without it I CANT FEED MY DAUGHTER! IM SO FURIOUS!
They disregard labor laws daily. Hopefully they don't do the same with pharmacy laws...
Wouldn't take my insurance and have 3 different ones. They had no compassion for me and by that I don't recommend them.
Bad processes, aggressive sales, tons of turnover. Be mindful with paragon.
