The people who work there were nice, but the billing is criminal. I was told the cash pay price was $281, paid it the day of treatment, then about 6 months later started getting bills for $300. Now they’re saying the original amount I paid was “just an estimate” and it was actually $581. Very dishonest.
The RNs & staff were awesome…so friendly, compassionate & professional throughout my mother’s lengthy infusion. Thank you!
