Paragon Restoration provided timely, professional, skillful, flexible service and restoration services. They came to us via State Farm’s third/party vetting consultants Sedgwick. I had a very disappointing experience with Paragon Construction Inc. The project was consistently delayed, and communication was poor throughout the process. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for updates, I rarely received timely responses. Additionally, the quality of the work was subpar, with several issues that needed to be corrected. I would not recommend Paragon Construction Inc. to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.
Take notice. The good reviews here are from people just starting their journey with Paragon. Mike and Kevin were awesome selling me on their plan to rebuild my home after a fire. They never visited the job site again. They burned through 4 project managers - each one less-detail-oriented than the previous one. The project started with the demolition crew trashing a 30-year-old Japanese maple, and finished with a low-quality roofing sub-contractor totally botching the roof. They deserve a negative zero rating. Worst experience!! Believe the reviews. Michael Wood is rude, condescending and a liar. He will hang up on you (read the reviews) then claim it was a misunderstanding. Took over two years to complete repairs. And it was all the fault of someone else. If you truly care about your project, look elsewhere!
