I had an infusion for Reclast in 2024. I had my doctor call in the same RX on January 12th and never heard back. I called Paragon and they said they never got the RX. Turns out they just decided to delete Reclast but never got back to me, a former patient, or my doctor to tell us that. The person I spoke with on the phone said her supervisor knew this. I guess it’s all about the $ with these guys

Staff here is amazing. Very accommodating and they care for their patients. Edit: The nurses/scheduling are great, but the billing company they use is garbage. They don't know what's going on with their billing. They send a statement and can't explain anything that's on it. They can't provide the total you owe per visit, which seems like the most basic requirement.
I have BCBS and had to go through Centrix then these people to get my home care. I have had to make all the calls and arrange to get My PICC line and this woman Rema could not even take the time to fax the order to the hospital for me to get scheduled. I had to call BCBS to complain. You can hear she works from home because the noise. Terrible service when you are sick. If I was not a person to advocate for myself I would have never received any care. I feel bad for anyone who is very sick
