My Dr sent an order to them for an infusion. I would contact them each week 4 calls. It was delayed for approval from my insurance company. My insurance company never received anything from paragon for approval. On my final call to them. I was told that it’s been since May since they discontinued my type of infusion. Such a delay when you need help. Don’t use them.
