We lived at the Paragon for a year and everything was okay while we were residents. However, once it came time to return our security deposit, not only did they send it to a made up address, but it has been 60 days and the property manager, Keri, refuses to respond to any emails or return phone calls. She has essentially left us no choice but to call Greystar corporate daily to complain. Look elsewhere!
Beautiful community and wonderful staff. Anything we could possibly need, we have here. The amenities are wonderful and always easy to access. Any issues we may have, the staff answer timely and professionally.
I am a current resident at Paragon at Columbia Overlook. I love this place. My neighbors are very friendly. The maintenance crew are very attentive and friendly as well. The leasing office staff are amazing. The property has very nice amenities. The location is fantastic...walking distance to Costco and Trader Joe's. Weis is also around the corner. It is a safe environment too. The apartments are very spacious and the community is very quiet and nice. My entire experience living here so far has been great.
I'm a current resident and it has been a great experience, even before I moved in. The people in the leasing office are so nice and friendly that when I came to tour one of the leasing agents stayed late to make sure that I got the best deal and found the place I really wanted. She was late getting home but really wanted to make sure that I felt at home and found my place, and I can't thank her enough for that.
