I would not recommend ever living at the Paragon apartments. I was in a one-year contract and I paid a full deposit down. shortly after moving in I met my wife and I got my custody of my kids and we joined our two households that awas now five children. It was a very quiet place and nice to stay. Still had a lot of critters despite the spray. However my biggest con of living there would have to moving out. I am joining the military so I decided to finish my lease at the end of it. As I was completing my intent to vacate forms I noticed they had added an extra months rent. I questioned and they said I still owed a months rent from when the new system they had got tried to double charge me and then “returned” one. Either way I had still paid the rent for that month. RecommendedI can’t say enough good things about these apartments. My wife and I did a lot of digging to try and find a suitable apartment until we were ready for a house. We’ve lived here three years and never had an issue with Gail our landlady. Very professional and a kind person to work with. The neighbors are pretty quiet and I’ve never had an issue with noise personally. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a great home as they treat you like family here.
Living at the Paragon Apartments was the best decision I made. I lived there for six and a half years and don't have one complaint about it. They did not raise my rent one time I was living there. A quiet community with tons of restaurants and attractions next door. If I ever had a problem with something in my apartment, they would get it fixed that same day. I have lived in Paragon Apartments for just about a year and this place is amazing. The property manager is awesome and very understanding. The community is quite and calm. One of the biggest benefits of living here is the free internet. I attend online college so this was a major plus for me. Overall really great place to live.
