Mike is absolute class. What a pleasure it was dealing with him the last few weeks. He made it a point that he wasn’t going to let me leave without the job getting done. Tested every single thing possible to figure out what the right fix was, and also was super accommodating in getting me in a loaner for a week+. Can’t say enough good things about the team over here at Paragon!

This place doesn’t deserve no stars. Brought in my 2024 Acura Integra for maintenance service. Was told that because of my mileage (Close to 8k) it was important to change my differential fluid. As women, we aren’t familiar with these vehicle things, and are often taken advantage for it specially being my first car. I was charged $400+ for the differential fluid change, to later find out my car doesn’t even have a differential. I brought in my RDX for an oil change and to get my brakes checked and had to wait 8 hours for my car back only to get it back with the bottom covers of the driver's side and the passenger's side popped open and tools left in my center console. Since then, have brought it back recently and mentioned this unfortunate occurrence to my service representative and it was still not taken care of.
