Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this store. I was charged a fuel levy of around 20% of the total order price, which I found extremely high and unreasonable. On one order, the product cost was $1,677, but an extra $335.56 was added as a fuel levy, bringing the total to around $2,043. Awesome service and Advice!
I ordered top soil after 4pm Friday and received it just after 9 on Saturday. This was with a 30min warning. Charmaine was on time, pleasant and tipped the soil exactly where it needed. More importantly, the soil was first rate. Thanks to the team at Paragalli.

Be careful ordered “quality top dressing soil” from this place. See below photos of what you expect to get. Paid $180 delivered and spoke to guy and the best they could offer was a discount next time I order from them, no offer of a refund/or replace of product of what I should have got. I understand soil isn’t perfect but when you’re paying for a quality product you don’t expect this crap.
