I brought in a 2 week old kitten 8/20 that was FEISTY and doing very well, for a "well visit" at 1:30p.m. She was tested for worms and told she didn't have them. The vet then dewormed my kitten, anyways, and aspirated her in the process. My kitten died last night at the emergency vet because of this mistake. Be cautious of who you take your furbabies to. I love everyone here. They really take time with you and your pet and treat them so good. I would recommend this place for anyone.
I love this place! I've worked with both vets between 2 different dogs and both doctors are very thorough, friendly, and clearly do what's in the best interest of the animals when making recommendations. It's never fun when your pet is potentially sick or injured, so it's always appreciated when you feel like your vet cares as much as you do about the well-being of your pet. From calling to make/confirm an appointment, to the vet techs, to the doctors, everyone puts you at ease. :)
I cant say enough nice things about them. Everyone there is so kind you feel like your pet is getting the same care you would provide. They don't ever seem irritated with questions or calls and even have items in their office for your kids to play with while they wait. So glad I found them !
Dr. Riggs and Dr Prasse are wonderful! They have taken such good care of my Cocker girls. Really made my day today by taking the time to squeeze in an eye check for my girl who only has one eye and recommending the medications that fixed it! Couldn't be more pleased with them!
