Written review re: owners and employees attempt to charge me with supplemental charges after they have been fully paid from insurance claim. Continual harassment, veiled credit reporting threats, and just general poor bookkeeping and business ethics. I will submit a longer, in detail post with screenshots etc soon. Do not do business with this entity, nothing but a very shifty experience.
Called for an estimate; they said they would come the following Monday. Never showed, never called. Called them again and some rude guy answered the phone with "Hello?" not the name of the company and he didn't seem to care that they never showed. Very unprofessional.
