I am a tough reviewer. Fun atmosphere and very polite staff. the beer on tap was not as cold as advertised however, the food was slightly above average.
I will never dine thete again, the food was cold it took, it took fever to bring it, spoke with manager, he told my party he busy and he don't have time.
We had a perfectly lovely evening at Paradiso 37 with my husband, my son and his wife and three little children. We were pleased to be able to get a table outdoors on one of the warmest nights of our vacation! Our waiter, Diego, was clearly very busy but super nice and attentive to all, including the children. I don't know how this place is getting a 4.2 rating, when it is way over priced for the quality of the food and the service. We could have gone to a fast food joint and gotten the same food for a lot less. The food was cold and not well cooked. Don't bother with this place if you are in Disney Springs.

I practically never give reviews on restaurants, but my past experience at this restaurant cannot go unmentioned because 1) the owner and manager should know and 2) guests should have a nice time here. This past Monday (3/20/2017) I went into Paradiso 37 around 3:10 PM. There were two hostesses standing at the entrance. Good food, along with a wonderful atmosphere. There is nothing not to like. Etna and Melanie are terrific and a tremendous asset to this fantastic restaurant experience. I will definitely return.
