Was not pleased. Ordered my Burger Med Well. Was Med at best. Daughter asked for an upside down cake for my birthday. That's not what was brought. We were seated right next to the Bar with staff constantly moving in and out. If that wasn't bad enough. One staff member dropped a glass and shards went into the dish for one of our party members. Had reservations at 8:45 and we got seated quickly in a nice patio area. That was the good part. Service was terrible. Took us about 30 minutes to get our drinks. My dad needed a refill and never got one. Our food took over an hour. Food was good but the service was terrible so we won’t be back.
My husband and I came here pretty late in the evening, and were expecting mediocre service due to the late hour. The service FAR exceeded our expectations: Izzy, our bartender, was friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. It was my birthday, and Izzy went above and beyond to make it a great one! All of of our food came out quickly and our order was perfect. Thank you, Paradiso 37, for making this birthday celebration an awesome one!!
Top notch service . Want to give thanks to Jesse the Bartender & Bradley our server . Made my daughters birthday dinner special. Would definitely recommend this place for their amazing mojito‘s , I love the steak wedge salad.
