Enjoyed a wonderful birthday dinner here. Fabulous food, ambiance and staff.
New owners new menu, not yet updated on Google yet tho. 1) appetizer; focaccia and balsamic - bread was great, to much oil, to little balsamic. 2) dish one; filet mignon with red wine glaze - small cut, potatoe thing was bland with a bad texture, and the glaze was a bit plain. 3) dish two; pork chop - porkchop was great size and juicy, with a good flavor, the caramelized Onions on top added a good sweet contrast to the pork. Apparently they are a week-and-a-half into their re-opening. I never went to the old Paradiso because I am relatively new in town. The re-opening menu is simple Italian food for the most part. My spouse and I ordered the focaccia, a garden salad with creamy garlic dressing, and lasanga with pesto. All three dishes were outstanding. The focaccia was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and full of flavor. The olive oil and balsamic dip on the side was a great companion.
