Returning to check out new management/chef after a very negative experience last year. Thankfully, Paradiso is back!! Wonderful service from Carmen and Hunter. The Caprese Salad and Foccacia Bread was worth coming in for. We shared the Chicken Saltimbocca with mashed potatoes and spinach. It was good but I thought the chicken was slightly overcooked and a bit bland for my tastes but my husband thought it was wonderful! Never had swordfish before, let alone grilled swordfish but my goodness, it was AMAZING. Perfect flavor, texture and presentation. It was so good, I finished the whole thing before taking a picture. Would recommend to those who can enjoy fish! Ultra friendly staff with great service, I'll definitely be coming back 😊 great place to come in for a good meal and a nice cold drink after work
