So bad customer service the staff is so rude and disrespectful
If I could put zero stars I WOULD. The worst customer service, rude people, the white black-haired woman who claims to be Spanish, rude and haughty without even giving a solution to what we ask. We wanted to change certain wigs and they didn't want to because "we had removed the tag" and according to her "we had already used it" when it had not even been an hour since I bought them.
