I’ll admit — I may not know everything about hair, and that’s on me. But that doesn’t mean I deserve to be misled. I asked the owner and the hispanic lady multiple times if the extensions would be longer than my natural hair, and they reassured me that they would be. After the install, I got home and realized there was almost no difference. The hair was thin, uneven, and didn’t give the effect I paid for.
