This apartment is supposed to be affordable housing however last I heard the rent starts at well over $1000 a month and the neighborhood it is located in is very bad. You will almost never have peace and quiet because there are people who drive up and down Aire Libre or in the surrounding neighborhood blasting loud music anywhere from 10pm-3am and then start up again at 6 in the morning, cars speeding down the street at 50mph and people shooting guns up into the air. As a Maintence tech I worked here at this location shortly and this property is well kept and maintained. The property manager here she has definite knowledge and does a superb job! lol
