Not only is Management constantly harassing you with eviction notices - every month. The neighbors tattle on you as well. It's like a prison. Management doesn't like you. Neither do your neighbors. You have notices, emails, certified mail from Management and neighbors who love to get you in trouble. Everyone has a security camera and they love to report you to the office. They won't say to the homeowners can't sell on your own...But there Board Association won't approve your potential buyer Cash on hand. All requirements approve, and on nick of time over the Two week's Debit ratio less than the Buyer's anual income of over $79k NOT Approve!
