Paradise Valley Women's Care (?) The staff was certainly not the best and it seems you have to email the office to get the results of any tests as they don't call you. Difficult to get answers on routine blood work....I pity the patient that doesn't have a computer!

Caring and Sensitive This place is wonderful. They have only women doctors and nurse practioners, so it's easy to feel comfortable. They take time to answer all of your questions. Besides OB-GYN services, they also do a limited selection of dermatological beauty treatments.

A nightmare I travel a long distance just to see my doctor, who is very learned, but the other people at this facility who deal with patients about medical matters don't have any idea about what stage the patient is in. They scheduled two appointments for me one day after another, not realizing that both matters could have been resolved in one visit--took me hours to get through to someone on the phone and sort it out. This literally is a factory, wherein patients are horded in. There is no regard for "appointments," as they... read more

No follow-up contact While Dr. Norman and her staff seem to be very knowledgable and personable inside the office it is impossible to get a phone call back from any staff member if you are having problems/issues. They recommend that you send e-mail if you are having a problem - it was not answered. On more than one occassion I actually drove to the office to have problems/issues addressed without an appointment. I have never resorted to that type of tactic with a practicioner before. I would only recommend this clinic if you... read more

Glad my Dr. left this practice I love my Doctor and would follow her anywhere, but I'm really glad she left this practice. The doctors might be good, but the staff is absolutely the worst. Everything takes multiple phone calls (if you even get through to them - I don't have hours to spend on hold!), and they are bordering on rude at times. I don't know if the problem is they are horribly understaffed or the people that work there are incompetent or poorly trained, but I am very glad to be going somewhere else now.

susan lindstrom I observed several times that older patients aren't treated as well as younger patients and that is why I left. Office help are not that friendly. When I had a problem it wasn't resolved as it should of been and caused a lot of hard feelings and mistrust of this office.
