Awesome place to tan. Extremely well maintained beds, as well as the cleanest. The staff is very friendly and helpful, would highly recommend this salon.
Owner is unprofessional, She has no respect for ANY of her clients or coworkers. I was in getting my nails done, and she came up to my nail tech and started screaming at her with customers lined up to get into a tanning bed. Customers come first, and have some respect for not only your shop your workers but yourself. It's embarrassing.

Kayla we do know you and you are very close to jamie. I personally have only seen you a few times and never have I yelled in front of you or anyone else for that matter. It is upsetting to see your post on my reviews because I know it is being done out of pure revenge because you are trying to be loyal to jamie. I ask that all of this non sense stops now. I am handling jamie legally. And you do know jamie very well
Absolutely great customer-service always welcoming walking in the door. Everybody seems to be so happy working there. I've hung out down there a couple times and everybody is so outgoing... Have amazing products the tanning beds are amazingly cleaned all the time. The whole salon is very well-taken care of, the owner is amazing person always smiles great!!!! I don't know why somebody would want to talk bad about this salon and people inside the salon that work there Including the owner!!!
Great service. Always greeting customers with a smile. Remembers you even after one visit. Very clean.
I went here yesterday and I must say the level of customer service is top notch and the bed and rooms are cleanest I've ever seen. Amazing environment! Above and beyond any other tanning establishment in Medford
I absolutely love the staff at Paradise ! I've tried many tanning beds around the valley and the beds at paradise tans always give me the best color . Thank you for all the great service and my rocking Tan !
