The venue is gorgeous, and Amber was excellent. It's a shame the whole experience has been ruined by the fact that we can't get our couple thousand dollar deposit back. Instead of refunding the deposit to our card, the venue sent a check in the mail. Our mail was stolen and we filed a police report. We also alerted the venue immediately.
