I purchased a swim spa and had it delivered back in November of 2020. I have had issues since then. Recently I started to have problems with the spa. When I called them initially they said nobody put in the serial number which does not surprise me. It is attention do detail that many of these companies fail. Would give them a negative review if possible absolute horrible service started out great paid in full and was a nightmare from There on. From a dropped and broken hot tub to rude customer service and service management to showing up hours beyond timeframe and also after hours and not fixing our problem. Promises made and never went through with it. Horrible horrible horrible. I would not recommend or you will be disappointed once you purchase.
