A piece of a carbon cartridge broke off into the filter causing a malfunction on our hot tub. Jets, pumps, Air flow, heater not working and there was some freezing cold temperatures in the forecast. I called another local spa place and was referred to Jeff Williams. Jeff came out within the hour and went over and beyond by repairing our tub! This exceptional type of service is hard to find and I highly recommend him! Thank you Jeff and we wish you a Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year from Walter & Jannet Castro!
Jeff is great. He always answers his phone or returns messages. He works hard to fit you into his schedule when an emergency comes up.
