Terrible buisness to deal with. be warned. Recently had them out to do a gutter replacement, ended up needing a new pool vacuum due to the amount of trash they allowed to get into the pool during their removal and install. dents and dings in many of the gutter panels with black marks all on the underside. No response back from the owner. To this point still left with an unfinished job and now out the cost of a new replacement pool vacuum. After having my gutters installed by Paradise, I am highly disappointed. Despite their claim of a lifetime workmanship guarantee and a product warranty, they refuse to honor either. I contacted them about a leak in my gutter; after sending an email and leaving a voicemail with no response, I finally spoke to someone on the phone. He assured me a technician would inspect my property, but they never showed up. I have left multiple messages since, with no reply. My gutters were clogged with debris. As a result, my patio would flood just about every time it rained. I prayed for the water to not sleep into the house. Paradise Gutters cleaned the gutters and installed the Leaf Filter system. They were on time and professional. I recommend them!
