I have been going to Helen for over 13 years now. I have followed her to every salon she has worked at since she was in Catonsville. I even moved a few years ago and drive from Pennsylvania now just to go to Helen for my hair care needs. My mother and best friend also go to her. She is a genius with color. I change my hair color about two to three times a year and it always comes out perfect. I have had long hair, mid length hair and really short hair. First of all, I was absolutely appalled by the negative comment about Helen. In my 10+ years of being Helen’s client, following her to every location she worked in those years, I have NEVER seen an unhappy client. She always manages to create a beautifully styled hair out of anything, sometimes “anything” is close to “nothing” and it looks totally great when she is done. I didn't like this place. Helen was a lady's name who cut my hair gave me an ugly hair cut. On top of that she talk too much and gave me a headache. Won't be returning.
