Horrible experience. After they "fixed" my rv roof, it leaked and ruined all of the work I paid them to do inside which was poorly done to begin with. I have to redo everything and lost a LOT of money. They never even apologized or offered any sort of refund. They were also habitually late and rude on the phone. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Awful experience.

When Cosmo was here the first time he replaced my awning motor which was completed. I also wanted him to replace my refrigerator with a residential and have an air conditioner installed. He said he has done them before and would prepare an estimate. He took the measurements needed and said the office will get back to me. I've called many times and talked to the secretary inquiring when my estimate would be done. Each time, same response they will check and get back to me. Nobody has called. I had some weird water pressure issues on my RV, so I called Paradise. I asked them to stop by whenever they happened to be in my association. Someone came out a couple days later and spent 10 minutes to determine the problem (they could have easily diagnosed it over the phone with a couple of questions). I have a water line check-valve (that I didn't know I had). They said they were going back to the office to see if they have one - and were going to let me know if they did and how much it was.
