I really wanted to inquire more and booked a tour but for some reason the blonde girl at the front desk is rude, dismissive, unhelpful, and possibly even racist. Not even acknowledging my scheduled tour and making the process harder than necessary which led me to look elsewhere. Hoping things improve next time because it is a nice gated property.
At first I thought the reviews could be fake because they were quite good, maybe too good to be true.. Most apartment complexes in this area don't have very good reviews. The truth is this property is very well managed. Keep up the good work!
please do not rent here. The one woman in the front desk génesis or something along that is disrespectful and lies way too hard. When we first submitted our application she said if we applied the same night we toured then we wouldn’t need to pay the deposit. Then on move in day of course we had to pay the deposit. Now we have a problem with our neighbors who keep beating on eachother and no matter the amount of videos that we have or calls from the security or calls from the police, THEY WONT DO ANYTHING. Been an absolute pleasure living here The staff and management Top Notch! Anything I have any repairs I just the call the office and workorder is usually completed within an hour Haven't had any issues with roaches or any types of bugs! Customer service is the best! They always greet me with a smile! Highly recommend this complex!
The environment here is lovely. The staff are so welcoming, kind, and caring to residents. The ladies in the front made my stay in Vegas so worthwhile (Breanna, Giselle, & Sylvia). They are excellent at doing their jobs & are so kind-hearted & gentle. If you’re looking for a new place, the prices are amazing, the property is beautiful, and the staff are quick, efficient & so amazing at making you feel loved & welcome as a resident. I absolutely adored living here & having the honor to know such an amazing set of people.
