This place is very good ,no problems,very friendly staff,always ready to listen residents,kind lovely stuff answer on all your questions. Maintenance stuff is with good skills and kind, always. When you step in the office you can get big smile and you feel like you are in very domestic place. I am at this place almost 5 months and I am very picky about stuff everywhere,but at Paradise Royal I don't have less then 5 Stars, especially for very nice girls Breanna,Naomi,Hunter,Giselle... Thank you to All of you !
I have lived here for 6 months. In those 6 months there has been a change in management 3 times. The latest manager is in way over her head, She does not understand the needs of the residents Things are getting drastically worse. the Gates are always broken. The Homeless roam the property day and night dumpster diving and sleeping in the laundry rooms.Alcohol and drugs are a daily occurrence in the pool area.
