Paradise Retreats was extremely responsive and helpful to make things happen. They were also flexible in terms of scheduling and their maintenance and cleaning personnel were excellent.
Paradise Retreats did an excellent job of communicating with me. We had an issue with the house we rented and the managment company was quick to address the problem and offer potential solutions to the issue. I appreciated their responsiveness.
Great service, clean and spectacular property. Do yourself a favor and go direct to them vs. VRBO and you will not be disappointed in the quality of the properties or the service.
We had a wonderful stay in Santa Barbara. Paradise Retreats’ service was amazing. Any problem was dealt with quickly and with a smile!!!
