Terrible service used to rent from them for years before getting our own boat and service sucked then. now we stopped by marina to ask a question and buy some things and just got smart-ass attitude. I'm not even going by there for ice anymore let alone a boat/wave runner rental.
RecommendedWe had a wonderful experience with Paradise Rental Boats! The crew was great and explained everything in detail! They made sure we knew what we were doing before sending us off! We had an amazing day of fun and felt extremely safe as well! I’d highly recommend renting from here! We definitely will be again!!
Got a rain check because it was storming last Saturday. Rain checks are only good Monday thru Thursday. Good to know they figure out a way to screw families out of hundreds of dollars. Beyond furious!

They made our family pay for an anchor they did not properly secure to the boat and acted as if we lied about it. They then proceed to tell us they make a lot of money of anchors. Horrible service! Do not rent from them! Zero stars is not an option but is much deserved.
The boat was junky. The rubber trim was missing, the cup holder missing, life vests were ripped, the boat deck lid was broke, ignition was broke. We were told that the anchor was tied on by the dockhand. It was not so when thrown it was lost. We told the manager, and he told me that I lied about being told it was attached. I asked my brother to come and verify what we were told, and the manager said that he did not tell us this. We had to pay for the anchor, the line, and the cleats. The service was terrible.
Rent from anywhere else! Rented a boat from here and had an issue on the water. Called them and was told on the phone someone was coming, waited 40 minutes and no one came. Called back, person on phone said just bring the boat back. When we arrived back the dock person said that there wouldnt be any charge for issue because of the fact that no one came. Manager disputed everything I said like I made it up and was charged a replacement fee. Will never rent here again!
