They will not return your security deposit. I’m in the process of suing now. This is how I left the house. It appears this is an ongoing issue for them based on their reviews. They do not fix issues. This is the worst company ever
I ended up in an overpriced home managed by paradise realty while coming out of a divorce at the most vulnerable time in my life. They required a $5,600 security deposit, which I paid. When I vacated the house 2 years later I paid for a professional move out clean ($400) and then waited 30 days to hear about my security deposit. After 32 days I emailed, requesting a full refund per NC law. They informed me they did not intend to refund any part of the deposit amount.
