We worked with Holle during the sale of our Summit County home in 2022. Holle grew up in the area and has an innate sense of the trends and demands of the real estate market. She negotiated a sale for us that felt true to what we wanted, and she was an excellent coach and guide throughout the process. Holle went above and beyond for us in the purchase of our Keystone Penthouse condo. There were three partners to please (who live a distance away), a reluctant seller, one old school patriarchal agent, a complicated 1031 exchange and inherited short-term rental bookings...
